All orders are subject to availability. Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will:

Royal Ferretery accepts returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

- Item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and resellable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit will be issued.
Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.

- Customers pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon approval of the claim.
