1. General

All orders are subject to availability. Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will:

  • Ship the available items, and
  • Contact you to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Weight
  • Dimensions
  • Destination

Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and represent the final cost of shipping to the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Royal Ferretery accepts returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item
  • Item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and resellable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit will be issued.
Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.


3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon approval of the claim.
  • Warranty processing takes up to 7 days after we receive the item.

Approved warranty claims may receive:

  • A full refund to the original payment method,
  • Store credit, or
  • A replacement item (if available).

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Typical domestic delivery takes 2–7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International orders generally take 4–22 days, depending on the courier and destination. More specific estimates are provided at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Changes to Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be updated anytime before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services only. Courier delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these destinations.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until all items are available.
In-stock items will be reserved during this period.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Reject the package if possible and contact us immediately, OR
  • If delivered without your presence, contact our customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the price of items displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.
Royal Ferretery is not responsible for these charges.

If you refuse to pay customs fees:

  • The package will be returned to us at your expense
  • You will receive a refund for the item(s) minus return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns section.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the courier’s stated coverage limits.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be issued after the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
